Whenever I go to New York, Prune in the East Village is a necessary stop. Mike and I decided to go for lunch, rather than their signature brunch, and we weren’t disappointed. As per usual, their bloody marys were a treat and the trout roe appetizer was an especially delicious choice.
The later afternoon was spent along my favourite vintage drag, including Cobblestones on 9th that’s celebrating its 30th anniversary this fall. I found the most beautiful coral ostrich leather wallet there, gold trimmed change purse and all!
